Transition can be difficult for a family, especially with young children. We’ve been preparing to sell our house in Alaska, and the anticipation of moving to Las Vegas is growing. It’s a big change for these guys. One morning, after several days of hard labor cleaning the house, I decided to put on a yoga video and get my butt moving and stretching. Yoga has always been a way for my to stretch and release stress. Soon after I began the routine, two little space invaders were doing yoga beside me. They decided that it felt good too, and I thought it might do them some good during our out-of-state move. I quickly found yoga mats online and let them choose a color. When they arrived I was excited do yoga with my little sidekicks, but they had other plans.
This is how you do yoga, right?
You know what else really great for receiving stress? Giggles. These two are pretty good at making me laugh, and their laugher is the best sound in the world.
I am no longer able to offer portrait session in Alaska, as we are in the final month of preparation for our move. If you are a Las Vegas mom or dad, I am booking due dates into April and May 2018. Booking your newborn session early gives us time to plan for a beautifully artistic newborn gallery that you can be proud of.
