I had the honor of photographing Jada through The Gold Hope Project. The organization connects child cancer fighters and their families with volunteer photographers throughout the US. I am an approved volunteer through Gold Hope, and provide photography services to child cancer fighters free of charge when called to do so.
Jada arrived in a princess dress and crown, ready to shine. There was an entourage of teenage girls at the trailhead taking photos together before a school formal, and it was sweet to see them all fawn over the little star of our portrait session. She beamed at everyone and was just so excited to have her special moment.
Jada shared her sunny personality throughout the session, giggle, twirling, and exploring our outdoor space. We captured family photos, and plenty of images ofJada and her big smile.
